Are you starting to feel more comfortable in grasshopper?
I have a better grasp on what grasshopper is and therefore feel more comfortable brainstorming applications for it.
Based on the software experience thus far, discuss how you might have used some of the skills you've learned in you work leading up to this course.
I would have been using my photo editing skills in photoshop for nearly every project. I also would have found a few uses for the model manipulation that grasshopper offers.
How comfortable are you becoming with exploring content outside the video instruction that has been provided?
I enjoy exploring outside the material in the videos and find that I learn the software much better when I allow my curiosity to dictate the output of these projects.
How well is the structure of the course functioning for you? What are some of the struggles? Benefits?
Thus far the 'work at your own pace' aspect of the online class has been difficult to manage alongside the normal semester bustle. I am more motivated and better able to dedicate sufficient amounts of time to my projects when there is a physical place and specific time set aside to work on them.
